KawasakiAkasei 3e85d6f987 refactor: move config dir to ~/.config/hy3d, replace skill with run-hy3d 
- config dir renamed hunyuan3dweb -> hy3d (cookies/profile moved intact,
  auth re-verified: quota 20/20)
- cli.py/login.py/READMEs/doc paths updated to ~/.config/hy3d
- skill: delete run-hunyuan3dweb, add run-hy3d pointing at bin/hy3d
- zero stale old-name references remain (one historical note in skill)

KawasakiAkasei acfe5e7ac2 refactor: rename project to hy3d, full CLI overhaul 
- package hunyuan3dweb/ -> hy3d/ (imports: from hy3d import ...)
- CLI: MiniMax-style verb/noun commands (quota/list/status/formats/
  download/text/image/multi-view/sketch/animate/texture/topo/cancel/
  share/auth/config), global --json/--cookies, env HY3D_COOKIES/HY3D_JSON
- exit codes: 0 ok / 1 env / 2 auth-expired / 3 cookie-missing
- generation commands support --wait polling with stderr progress
- local images auto-upload to COS in image/multi-view/sketch/animate/texture/topo
- old commands removed (no backwards compat)
- config dir kept at ~/.config/hunyuan3dweb to preserve existing cookies
- deps: requests>=2.32.3, browser extras cloakbrowser>=0.3.31/playwright>=1.40
- skill updated: bin/hy3d shim replaces driver.sh; all commands live-verified

KawasakiAkasei 5328c213fe feat: add on-demand format conversion support (FBX, STL, USDZ, MP4, GIF) 
- Discover /creations/resourceConvert endpoint via browser inspection
- Add resource_convert() method to api.py and api_complete.py
- Extend MODEL_FORMAT_KEYS with fbx, stl, usdz, mp4, gif
- Update get_model_urls() and download_model() with include_converted flag
- Update CLI with --converted flag for formats and download commands
- Update reverse engineering docs with native vs converted format tables

KawasakiAkasei ad3c86b8ba feat: full format compatibility adaptation for model downloads 
- Add get_model_urls() and download_model() to api.py and api_complete.py
  supporting all 14 discovered urlResult format keys (glb, obj, pbr maps, etc.)
- Update generator.py to extract full urlResult dict instead of just modelUrl
- Add CLI subcommands: formats (list available formats) and download (fetch by key)
- Update reverse engineering docs with complete format key table and CLI examples

Claude 58ab0d6655 docs: update reverse engineering manuals with latest findings 
- Add cos_upload.py pure-Python COS upload method (no browser needed)
- Expand API endpoint table to include all discovered endpoints
- Document dual-verification login detection (URL + DOM)
- Add COS V1 signing algorithm explanation
- Update file reference table to match current codebase
- Remove obsolete file references (get_resource_id.py, etc.)
- Sync Chinese and English versions
